Human Resource Strategy

  • Start by outlining your personal management responsibilities/ capabilities and those of your partners (if you have any).
  • Include management biographies & resumes of the key personnel including background in the industry.
  • Provide a job description of each proposed position, identifying the responsibilities and duties involved as well as what skill level is needed. Include any additional training that may be required.
  • Determine the associated costs to hire staff.
  • Set the salary schedules.
  • Clarify any training that you will provide.
  • List any benefits attached to the positions. If so what are they? What do they cost the business?
  • Define your hours of operation and scheduling for employees.
  • Describe your hiring/firing policy and training programs.
